Do you use ladders?
Rarely. I use a pure water-fed pole system that safely reaches most tenement and townhouse windows from the ground — no ladders against your walls, no risk to your paintwork or gutters.
What if it rains after you've cleaned my windows?
Rain won't leave streaks or marks the way dirty rainwater does on unclean glass — once I've cleaned your windows with pure water, they stay looking good through normal rain.
Do you clean frames and sills too?
Yes — frames, sills and door glass are all included as standard, at no extra cost.
How often should windows be cleaned?
Most of my Edinburgh customers have me round every 4 or 8 weeks. Tenement flats and properties near busy roads or the coast often benefit from the more frequent round.
